The Swedish property investment company Niam has sold the office building Copenhagen Business Park in Hvidovre, Denmark, to the property developer Calum based in North Jutland. Niam bought the property in 2017.
Copenhagen Business Park is one of Denmark’s largest office buildings with a total rentable area of approx. 67,000m2. This, combined with a strategic location by the E20 motorway south of Copenhagen and a ten-minute drive from Copenhagen Airport, means that the property has great potential.
