The Swedish property investment company Niam has acquired the Danish property management company Futurum.
Futurum is headquartered in Fredericia and specialises in managing residential properties in the regional towns of Denmark. The company has approx. 25 employees.
Futurum will now become part of Niam’s Nordhusene group, which is an independent residential platform in Denmark comprising approx. 2,300 residential units, and will help optimise the operation of the portfolio.
