Swedish real estate investor and fund manager Niam has acquired the Søkanten residential property in Søborg.
The property forms part of Gyngemose Park and comprises 168 residential units with a total area of almost 16,000 m². The seven-storey property was built in 2017 and is fully let.
Søkanten will be the first asset in Niam’s ninth fund and will also form part of Niam’s new residential platform, Bellavia. The platform focuses on investments in residential properties in Denmark.
