N’AGE sold to the private equity fund Maj Invest

The Danish chain of cosmetic clinics N’AGE has been sold to the private equity fund Maj Invest. In connection with the sale, the two owners Ida Bille Brahe and Sanne Lønskov have reinvested in N’AGE and now they jointly hold 45% of the shares in the company.

N’AGE was founded in 2003 and it was the first cosmetic clinic in Denmark. Today, N’AGE consists of 6 clinics performing more than 15,000 cosmetic treatments a year.

The clinics are specialised in non-surgical treatments performed by specially trained nurses and doctors. Furthermore, N’AGE has a web shop and an academy where they train cosmetic nurses.

With the investment from Maj Invest, N’AGE will focus on international expansion.

Accura advised the owners of N’AGE in connection with the transaction and the subsequent reinvestment.
