CEO Søren Drewsen and CFO Jan Iversen of the IT company EET Group have acquired the majority stake in the company from the private equity fund Pamplona Equity Partners.
Pamplona Equity Partners took over the majority stake from FSN Capital in February 2022 in a transaction in which Søren Drewsen, Jan Iversen and several other employees of EET Group continued as minority shareholders.
EET Group distributes IT equipment and components for computers, printers, mobile phones, network, etc. The group has approx. 700 employees and, on an annual basis, provides services to more than 30,000 customers in 24 countries.
In 2021, the company’s revenue increased by more than 30%, exceeding DKK 4bn.
