The Nordic meal kit provider LMK Group AB has carried out an IPO and listing of shares on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm.
LMK Group AB operates under the brands RetNemt Måltidskasser in Denmark, Linas Matkasse in Sweden and Adams Matkasse and Godtlevert in Norway. The group provides meal kit solutions across the Nordics to 115,000 active and 405,000 registered customers and is headquartered in Stockholm.
The offering consisted of existing shares in LMK Group AB to a value of maximum SEK 325m and new shares issued by the company to a value of SEK 250m. The offering was oversubscribed.
The market value of the company prior to the offering was approx. SEK 760m, setting the market value at first day of trading to approx. SEK 1bn.
