The pan-European IT company Destiny has acquired the Danish telecommunications company ipvision.
Ipvision offers communication and collaboration solutions for businesses based on a range of products, including hosted infrastructure, mobile telephony and IP telephony. Furthermore, ipvision provides fibre broadband, LAN and WiFi as well as network security.
Destiny is Europe’s largest provider of Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) and is Europe’s leading provider of secure and innovative cloud communication.
Destiny is headquartered in Brussels in Belgium and has more than 2m business users. The company has 700 employees in 7 European countries and generates an annual turnover of 1.5bn.
With the acquisition of ipvision, Destiny strengthens its position on the Danish and Nordic markets, enabling ipvision to offer its customers even more international communication services.
