The Danish investment company Kirk Kapital has acquired 35% of the share capital in the English company TPS Rental Systems.
TPS Rental Systems is a global supply chain company, which develops and sells end-to-end packaging solutions to various sectors, including cosmetics, food and pharma. TPS Rental Systems has locations in ten countries and is headquartered in Birmingham, England.
The investment is in line with Kirk Kapital’s strategy to acquire large minority interests in well-established and well-managed companies and thereby contribute to an active and long-term co-ownership.
