the majority shareholding in
Interdan Bil A/S overtager aktiemajoriteten i QuickPot A/S
The car importer Interdan Bil A/S has acquired the majority shareholding in the Danish car workshop chain QuickPot A/S.
The co-owner of QuickPot A/S, Martin Pedersen, has sold off his shareholding of 67% in QuickPot. In that connection, Interdan Bil A/S takes over 52% of the shares while the current CEO and co-owner, Steen Haugaard Fransen, takes over the last 15% and increases his shareholding in the company from 33% to 48%.
QuickPot A/S is headquartered in Viborg and consists of 28 full-service car workshops across Denmark.
Interdan Bil A/S is part of Interdan Holding A/S who is headquartered in Copenhagen and behind one of the largest privately-owned car importers in the Nordic countries. The company employs approx. 320 people and has a total network of 300 dealers of Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel and Mitsubishi, accounting for annual car sales of approx. 80,000 units.
The transaction is conditional on the usual public authority approvals.
