Holo obtains million kroner investment from Swiss automotive group

The Danish mobility technology company Holo has raised new capital by way of a major million kroner investment from the Swiss automotive group AMAG Group.

Holo is the leading player within autonomous vehicles technology in the Nordic countries and has in-depth experience of developing and implementing driverless vehicles. Over the past four years, Holo’ s autonomous vehicles have driven more than 100,000 kilometres in five different countries. Moreover, Holo has extensive experience of flying autonomous freight drones and is working on developing new solutions for autonomous freight vehicles.
Holo was formed in 2016 as part of Semler Gruppen, which remains the majority shareholder of the company.

The AMAG Group is Switzerland’s largest automotive group holding the right to import all the Volkswagen Group’ s car models in Switzerland. The investment gives the AMAG Group an ownership interest of 33.3% in Holo.

Accura advised Holo and Semler Gruppen in connection with the investment.
