Helmich Invest has sold a 64% majority stake in Frankly Juice to The Juicy Group, an international manufacturer and developer of fruit and vegetable products owned by the multinational Pan Jamaica Group. The management of Frankly Juice maintains an equity interest of 36%.
Frankly Juice is a leading Nordic juice brand known for its organic, cold-pressed juices, smoothies and ginger shots. The company was founded in Copenhagen in 2014 by Christian Bowall and Christian Seiersen.
Since 2022, Helmich Invest has been the majority owner of Frankly Juice and, together with the management, they have played a crucial role in the development of the company.
With the acquisition, The Juicy Group strengthens its position on the Scandinavian market and supports its mission to spread health-conscious juices throughout Europe.
