The asset manager Heimdal Nordic has been sold to Fokus Asset Management.
Heimdal Nordic was established in 2017. The company specialises in advising on real estate financing and obtaining funding, and it acts as an asset manager in several Nordic countries. Heimdal Nordic is a leading player within its field in Denmark, and its business partners include Danish pension funds, national and international investors and global investment banks.
The transaction enables Heimdal Nordic to expand its business in the Nordics.
The acquisition of Heimdal Nordic is a part of Fokus Asset Management’s strategy to cover all aspects within real estate in the Nordics, including structuring, managing and obtaining funding for real estate. Heimdal Nordic and Fokus Gruppen’s combined business consists of approx. DKK 37bn with activities in Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
