Heimdal Nordic has established the credit fund Heimdal Credit Fund (“HCF”). HCF is the first credit fund solely focusing on flexible and tailored real estate financing solutions for the professional part of the Danish real estate market.
With HCF, Heimdal Nordic’s clear goal is to expand its position as the leading provider of alternative financing solutions in the Danish real estate market.
The pension company PenSam, which has collaborated closely with Heimdal Nordic for a number of years, has confirmed its status as the anchor investor in HCF with commitments of up to DKK 3.5bn.
