The founders of Gyms4You d.o.o. (“Gyms4You”) have sold a majority stake in the company to The Rohatyn Group (“TRG”).
Gyms4You was founded in 2015 by Bruno Dovic, Michael Dovic and Henrik Nord and has since become Croatia’s leading fitness centre operator. The company currently operates 28 fitness centres and is set to expand to 54 centres across ten cities in the coming years, as already signed new locations are opened.
TRG is a US-based asset management business headquartered in New York, the USA. The business focuses on emerging markets and real assets across North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, Southeast Asia and Oceania.
