The owners of GA Rustfri A/S have sold the company to Swedish industrial group Sertion.
Founded in 1987, GA Rustfri is a Danish specialist contractor delivering custom stainless steel solutions, process equipment and piping systems to customers in the food, pharmaceutical and process industries, among others. The company manages complex projects from initial design and engineering to turnkey installation, testing and full documentation.
Sertion is a Swedish group of expert companies within advanced pipework, focusing on the design, installation and service of water, heating and sanitation systems, industrial piping and energy gas solutions. The group employs 1,400 people and is majority owned by Swedish private equity firm Altor.
With the acquisition of GA Rustfri, Sertion strengthens its capabilities within industrial infrastructure and industrial process solutions in Denmark.
