Axcel and the minority shareholders of European Sperm Bank (“ESB”), a leading international provider of donor sperm and related services, have entered into an agreement to sell the company to the European private equity investor Perwyn.
Axcel acquired ESB in 2019 and has continued to further develop ESB, focusing on high ethical and quality standards combined with a strong focus on compliance and sustainability.
