Ellab owned by EQT has acquired the Danish company Project Support.
Project Support is a leading provider of validation, calibration, consulting and equipment rental solutions to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. The company was formed in 2000 and is headquartered in Lyngby, Denmark.
Project Support will be merged with Ellab which will then reach 590 employees. The current owners will continue as a part of Ellab.
The acquisition of Project Support is Ellab’s ninth since September 2019 when the private equity fund EQT took over the company.
