The two founders of the consulting firm DynaCap Consulting (“DynaCap”) have sold a minority interest to Strøjer Capital.
DynaCap designs and implements digital solutions based on Salesforce’s market-leading CRM platform. The business was formed in 2020 by Jeppe Taaning and Thomas Henney and, in just three years, achieved a position as one of Denmark’s leading consulting firms within Salesforce implementation.
DynaCap has now joined forces with Strøjer Capital as a strategic investor to maintain the momentum of their growth journey. As part of their growth journey and further professionalisation, a professional board was established in December 2023, consisting of Jacques Soelberg, former country manager of Salesforce in Denmark and Norway, and Peter Botn, former COO of IBM in the Nordic region.
Strøjer Capital has existed since 2019. Including DynaCap, the portfolio comprises approx. 10 companies, which Strøjer Capital assists not only with financing, but also with continuous strategic advice. Strøjer Capital has previously invested in businesses such as Justdrive, Pentalock, Rubberduck and Embankment.
