The Dutch private equity firm Standard Investment has acquired the Danish plastic company Plast1 based in Hørsholm, Denmark.
Plast1 is a growth company specialised in designing and selling storage boxes. The company is a European market leader in its segment, and the customers primarily include retail chains, DIY stores and supermarkets.
