Accura’s Asset Management team has advised the trade association the Danish Property Federation (EjendomDanmark) in connection with a major update of its standard business lease agreement for its members.
As a new addition to the business lease agreement, the Danish Property Federation has also had the first ESG schedules developed, including the relevant ESG provisions. The new schedules allow the members of the trade association the opportunity to adapt the schedules to the relevant provisions in relation to both property and landlord.
The new business lease agreement and ESG provisions were launched in April 2024.
