DCC Energi, one of Denmark’s largest energy companies, has acquired the service company Søberg Energiservice.
Søberg Energiservice services gas furnaces, oil-fired boilers and heat pumps all over Denmark, and with more than 50 local service technicians, Søberg Energiservice has one of the country’s largest service-technician networks.
The investment in Søberg Energiservice is a continuation of DCC Energi’s launch of a new business area within heat pumps, including complete solutions for private households. It also supports DCC Energi’s strategy to deliver complete energy solutions while staying close to the customers.
With the new setup, DCC Energi wants to deliver easily accessible heat pump solutions, which, together with specialist advice, installation and service, will make it easy and manageable for consumers to change their heat pump solutions when thousands of households with gas furnaces or oil-fired boilers will have to invest in a new, more sustainable heat solution in the coming years.
