DCC Energi acquires 21 petrol stations from HK Olie

The energy company DCC Energi has concluded an agreement to acquire 21 unmanned petrol stations from HK Olie.

Since 2016, DCC Energi has operated the Shell stations in Denmark under a licence agreement, and, as a result of the acquisition, DCC Energi is expanding the Shell brand. The total number of stations increases to 216 manned and unmanned stations.

The 21 new stations will particularly improve availability in Central and South Jutland.

The transaction has been notified to the relevant authorities and is subject to their approval. The transfer is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026, after which the stations will gradually be converted to Shell Express.

Accura advised DCC Energi in connection with the transaction.
