The Danish software company Intempus has been sold to Visma.

Intempus has invented an app that makes time recording easy for employees in small and large businesses. The app allows users to record time, absence, out-of-pocket expenses, transport and much more. The solution also makes it easy for businesses to keep track of their employees, cases, working hours, etc.

Intempus was formed in 2012 and, today, it provides solutions to more than 1,300 customers with a total of 27,000 users.

Visma is already Intempus’s largest business partner, since 80% of Intempus’s customers are using an integration of a Visma solution such as e-conomic, Visma Løn, DataLøn and ProLøn. Intempus will be a part of the Visma Group and continue under its own name.

Visma is one of Europe’s leading providers of business-critical software and services. Visma offers a wide range of products and services within payroll, HR, ERP, accounting, digital marketing and business development for businesses of all sizes and to the public sector.
