Danish LegalHero sold to Lexly

The Danish company LegalHero becomes a part of the Swedish company Lexly AB.

LegalHero is a platform for digital legal services, focusing on the SME segment in Denmark. LegalHero has raised EUR 2 million, and the platform has a network of more than 120 lawyers.

The company was formed by Oscar Almstrup and Kristian Anker in 2016, and both promoters will reinvest and continue in the new partnership.

Lexly is a leading platform for digital legal services in the Nordics, focusing on private customers and SMEs. Moreover, Lexly collaborates with banks, insurance companies and accounting firms. They have raised EUR 30 million, and the platform has a network of more than 500 lawyers.

The partnership will accelerate Lexly’s international expansion strategy and goal to become the preferred digital platform for advisory services. After the acquisition, Lexly will have offices in Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen and São Paulo.
