Danish fitness platform lands million kroner investment

A double-digit million kroner amount was injected into the Danish fitness platform Lenus from a group of serial entrepreneurs and investors.

Lenus is a software-based platform targeted at personal trainers, dietitians and nutritionists. The platform offers an all-in-one solution digitalising all stages of the client-trainer relationship, e.g. ongoing communication, meal plans and workout plans.

The group of investors includes the founder of fitness.dk Rasmus Ingerslev, the co-founder of Endomondo Jakob Nordenhof Jønck, and the CEO of SimCorp Klaus Holse.

The capital injection will be used for scaling the concept and preparing for an even larger investment round within the next 12 months.

Today, Lenus has 70 employees and offices in Denmark, Sweden and England. The plan is to establish several new offices and employ around 200 new employees.

Accura advised Lenus in connection with the capital injection.
