The Danish dental chain Godt Smil has been sold to the international, listed asset manager ICG. The sellers include the private equity fund Maj Invest and CEO Anders Bjergegaard.
Godt Smil employs more than 600 dentists, dental hygienists, clinic assistants and anaesthetists in 30 clinics all over Denmark. The chain was established in 2008.
ICG is a global asset manager listed on the London Stock Exchange. They manage assets for pension funds and industrial investors etc.
The transaction is subject to approval from the authorities.
