The Danish e-commerce business Cykelgear has sold a majority stake in the company to the investment firm Foreman Capital.
Cykelgear was established in 2008 by brothers Erik and Kasper Buus Larsen. Today, it is Denmark’s leading online shop for bikes, spare parts, clothing and accessories. The company has 50 employees and is located in Terndrup, Denmark.
Foreman Capital is a Dutch investment firm with offices in Amsterdam and Copenhagen, focusing on investments in owner-managed and family-owned businesses.
