COPI has acquired an educational property from Copenhagen University College in Frederiksberg, Denmark. The property is approx. 8,300 m² of which roughly 1,000 m² is basement.
The property will be converted into halls of residence and student and youth housing units.
The transaction has been carried out as part of University College Copenhagen’s area optimisation, gathering the activities at Campus Vesterbro in Carlsberg Byen.
