Langebro Eiendom ApS has sold the office building located at Weidekampsgade 12-16 at Islands Brygge in Copenhagen to KLP Eiendom.
The sales price is just under DKK 1.1bn.
The property was developed by the Norwegian family companies Hathon Eiendom AS and Havfonn AS and were constructed in 2008. Currently, the total leased area of 27,100 m2 harbours Simcorp, VP Securities and Gen Re, etc.
Weidekampsgade 12-16 is one of the most characteristic and visible office buildings in Copenhagen with a location directly overlooking the important approach road Amager Boulevard diverting traffic to and from the Copenhagen city centre, Rådhuspladsen and Tivoli.
