The bioeconomic group BioCirc continues its journey towards becoming Denmark’s largest biogas producer with the acquisition of its fifth biogas plant, Ringsted Biogas. The biogas plant, which was constructed in 2018, turns approx. seven million m3 of methane into biogas every year.
The investment was made as part of BioCirc’s plan to create a large circular bioeconomic group that, by means of various green technologies and across plants and businesses, may leverage on each other and contribute to the green transition.
