Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker makes a new co-investment in itm8 in collaboration with Axcel.
The Danish managed IT services company itm8 receives an investment from Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker and Axcel. As part of the investment, itm8 acquires AddPro AB from Axcel and thereby creates a leading Northern European player in the IT market. itm8 is the leading company in Denmark within managed IT services.
The company offers end-to-end solutions within IT services across IT infrastructure, digital transformations, application services and cyber security. itm8 delivers a strong eco-system for small and medium-sized businesses based on the customer needs.
