The publicly listed US software company Ceridian (NYSE: CDAY; TSX: CDAY) has acquired the Danish software company eloomi.
eloomi is a leading provider of an all-in-one learning and development platform that makes it easy for companies worldwide to train and develop employees, clients and partners. eloomi was formed in 2015 and has offices in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Orlando, USA. Today, the company’s solutions are used by more than 850 customers worldwide.
Ceridian is a global software company within human capital management (“HCM”). Ceridian is behind the cloud HCM platform Dayforce, which helps businesses of all sizes manage areas such as HR, payroll, benefits and workforce and talent management.
The plan is to integrate eloomi’s solution into the Dayforce platform to improve existing learning management etc.
