The private equity fund CataCap has acquired 65% of the Danish wind turbine sub-supplier Nordmark.
Nordmark is a leading specialist in high-precision machining solutions of large-scale components such as rotor houses and shafts in particular for offshore wind turbines.
The company was founded in 2002 and has more than 125 employees at factories in Sæby, Skagen and Hedensted in Denmark and in Cuxhaven in Germany.
CataCap is a Danish private equity fund investing in SMEs that hold a significant development potential and have innovative business models with long-term sustainability.
Together with the current management, CataCap wants to consolidate Nordmark’s strong market position and further accelerate growth abroad.
