Carl Ras has acquired all shares in the 3 Aktive Group companies.
3 Aktive, who will continue in its own name, is one of the country’s strongest and most competent suppliers for, among others, the contractor segment. The acquisition provides the possibility of extensive synergies and strengthens both companies’ leading positions on the market as tool and equipment specialists.
The former owners will continue in the companies.
