The Danish private equity fund BWB Partners has sold SH Group to Mentha Capital.
SH Group is a global leader in developing complex technical handling solutions for marine, offshore, wind and defence purposes, among others. SH Group is a global supplier with customers throughout the world. It is headquartered in Svendborg and has more than 400 employees.
BWB Partners was formed in 2015 and is an independent, owner-managed Danish investment company investing in small and medium-sized companies with strong growth potential. During SH Group’s partnership with BWB Partners, SH Group developed the innovative containerised multi-mission Cube™ system, which paved the company’s way into the defence industry.
