The owners of the Danish software business Bruhn NewTech have sold a majority stake to the private equity fund Adelis Equity Partners (“Adelis”).
Bruhn NewTech is a leading global developer of CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) knowledge management software using real-time scanning for invisible and airborne threats to help save lives. The company has more than 30 years of experience in its field, supporting more than 80% of NATO forces and over 40 countries worldwide. In addition, Bruhn NewTech’s software is used to improve security at events such as the Olympic Games.
Adelis is a leading growth-focused private equity fund based in the Nordic countries. Since 2013, Adelis has made 41 platform investments and more than 230 add-on acquisitions and manages capital in the total amount of approx. EUR 3bn.
