GRO Capital and the company’s management have agreed to sell Boyum IT Solutions to the UK based IT specialist private equity firm Volpi Capital.
Boyum IT Solutions is a leading provider of software solutions within the SAP Business One ERP ecosystem. The company is specialized in manufacturing, logistics and usability software solutions and serves more than 8,500 customers in 110 countries.
Boyum IT Solutions is headquartered in Aarhus and employs 100 people in 7 global offices.
GRO Capital is a Denmark based private equity fund with an exclusive focus on mature B2B software and tech enabled companies. Boyum IT Solutions is the first exit in GRO Fund I.
