Boyum IT Solutions has acquired the Danish software company Paperflow.
Paperflow has developed an AI-powered document management solution that digitises and fully automates document scanning and processing of various documents, such as receipts and invoices. This means that the solution can automate the manual bookkeeping and make life easier for businesses.
Paperflow was founded in 2015 and has more than 30 employees at offices in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Sofia, Bulgaria.
Boyum IT Solutions is a leading provider of SAP Business One ERP solutions and offers specialised software solutions within manufacturing and logistics. The company has more than 100 employees and more than 10,000 customers worldwide. In 2020, Boyum IT Solutions was sold to Volpi Capital.
