BMI Group sells activities in several European countries

The international BMI Group has sold its activities within the development and manufacture of skylights to the Finnish company Kera Group Oy.

The transaction includes divestment of activities and factories in Norway, Poland, Denmark and Sweden.

BMI Group is the largest manufacturer of roofing solutions in Europe with a total of 128 factories and 10,000 employees. The business is owned by the American industrial company Standard Industries which owns several businesses within the manufacture of roofing and waterproofing.

Kera Group Oy is a Finnish family-owned company specialising in the development and manufacture of plastic products for the construction field, including skylights and ventilation components.
