ATP Real Estate has been concluded agreements to sell 31 grocery stores with an underlying property value of DKK 879m to entities controlled by Cibus Nordic Real Estate. The agreement is being implemented as three separate transactions, and for 22 of the 31 properties, closing has already been made.
The grocery stores are located in both cities and towns across Denmark. REMA 1000 will lease 17 stores, Salling Group (Netto) will lease ten stores, and Coop will lease four stores.
