Accura has assisted the American asset manager Invesco in connection with the acquisition of 191 flats under construction at Copenhagen’s old vegetable and flowers market (Grønttorvet) in Valby.
With the acquisition, Invesco has made its first mark on the Danish market. The flats are expected to be ready for occupation in 2020.
