AP Ejendomme has concluded a lease agreement with EY to lease out office floor area of approx. 12,500 m² in their newly built office building at Marmormolen in Copenhagen’s Nordhavn.
EY will take over the second, third and eighth floors and part of the ground floor comprising approximately half of the area of the building.
EY is expected to move in during the autumn.
Accura advised AP Ejendomme in connection with the conclusion of the lease agreement.
