AKF has entered into an agreement to take over the hotel Comwell Køge Strand, a modern beach hotel located right by the water operated by Comwell Hotels. The hotel in Køge, Denmark, has 127 rooms, meeting and conference facilities and a restaurant.
AKF was formed in 1986 and is a real estate, development and investment company, developing and operating business and residential properties in Denmark and investing in Danish businesses.
