The real estate and investment company AKF strengthens the hotel segment of its portfolio with the acquisition of the boutique hotel Herman K.
The hotel is considered one of the most unique hotels in Copenhagen city centre, offering 31 hotel rooms, a restaurant, a bar, an atrium and a roof terrace. From 2016 to 2018, Herman K went through an extensive conversion and was awarded Realdania’s renovation award in 2019.
In 2024, the hotel and gastronomy group Bühlmann entered into a 15-year agreement with Herman K on the operation of the hotel.
AKF was formed in 1986 and is a real estate, development and investment company, developing and operating business and residential real estate in Denmark and investing in Danish businesses.
