AG Gruppen has sold a residential development project in Nørrebro to Nordea Pension Ejendomme.
The project comprises approximately 5,300 sqm across 49 residential units, including 35 one-bedroom apartments, 14 family apartments and a grocery store on the ground floor.
Designed by ACT Architects and Henry Jensen A/S, the project will be developed and constructed jointly by AG Gruppen, Lidl and Nordea Pension Ejendomme. The development, which will achieve DGNB Gold certification, commenced earlier this year and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
