The software company Activity Stream has raised USD 13.5m in connection with an investment round led by Eyrir Venture Management and Frumtak Ventures with participation by The Shubert Organization and Denmark’s Export and Investment Fund (EIFO).
Activity Stream is behind a cloud-based software platform, which helps organisers of events in connection with live events. With the help of artificial intelligence, the platform enables underutilised data to be transformed into actionable, real-time insights for business operations.
Activity Stream is located in Iceland and has a sales office in Copenhagen and a development centre in Belgrade, Serbia. The company has close to 600 customers in more than 20 countries.
With the investment, Activity Stream wants to expand its influence in the USA, Europe and Great Britain.
