We have the pleasure of announcing that Anne Zeuthen Løkkegaard, General Counsel of NASDAQ Copenhagen of many years and NASDAQ’s European Head of Compliance, joins Accura as partner and head of Accura’s Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Group.
In a period where almost all listed companies are challenged by the global COVID-19 crisis, we are pleased to welcome such a capacity as Anne to help us and our Danish and foreign clients weather the storm.
Anne will be spending her time on both equity capital markets transactions and capital markets compliance and, together with our existing capital markets team, she will make it possible for us to be on the forefront of the developments within ECM at the highest possible level.
