Jacob Møller Dirksen is a new member of the Board of the Danish Institute of Arbitration.
The Council of the Danish Bar and Law Society has appointed partner Jacob Møller Dirksen of Accura’s Dispute Resolution Team as a new member of the Board of the Danish Institute of Arbitration.
Jacob Møller Dirksen is among the leading lawyers in Denmark within court and arbitral proceedings relating to commercial law and is also appointed as arbitrator (chairman, single arbitrator and party-appointed) in Danish and international arbitration proceedings, including proceedings before the ICC and the Danish Institute of Arbitration.
Jacob has provided advice to a substantial number of Danish and international clients for several years in complex disputes before the courts and Danish and international arbitral tribunals.
Jacob is a very experienced lecturer and speaker and, for several years, he has worked as an external lecturer in international arbitration and international commercial law. He also regularly gives lectures and teaches courses on arbitration and the law of damages and insurance law, and he is on the Board of Danish Arbitration Association.
