Andrei Caloian

Andrei advises international clients on complex M&A and private equity transactions in various industries with his main focus on the renewable energy sector.
Andrei has extensive experience in structuring M&A transactions, conducting due diligence investigations, drafting, negotiating and executing transaction documents and post-completion integrations.
Additionally, Andrei advises clients on corporate and commercial issues related to their businesses.
Andrei joined Accura in 2024.
Christian Damgaard Lunde

Christian focuses primarily on renewable energy projects, including investments, transactions and company law issues.
Christian has broad experience of advising and managing legal and commercial issues in connection with M&A transactions, company law matters and negotiation of contracts and transaction documents.
Christian was admitted to the Danish bar in 2007 and joined Accura in 2024.
Josephine Friis Schouenborg

Josephine specialises in extensive and complex commercial litigation and arbitral proceedings. She advises clients in disputes within a wide array of practice areas, including cases concerning M&A, contract liability and interpretation, management liability, construction issues, W&I insurance and insurance law.
A substantial part of the cases on which Josephine advises are settled by arbitration of which she has extensive experience, and she also acts as an arbitrator.
Josephine has extensive experience advising major international and global companies, and her educational background forms the basis of her international approach to and understanding of advising in international cases. Further, she has thorough knowledge of international arbitration.
Josephine joined Accura in 2020 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2021.
Karina Ekdahl

Karina advises domestic and international clients in connection with major renewable energy projects and transactions in Denmark and specialises in Power-to-X projects. In this connection, she has acquired extensive knowledge of the emerging new market for green hydrogen and its regulatory landscape. During her time at Accura, Karina has assisted on a wide array of renewable energy projects. This includes the drafting and negotiation of offtake agreements for the sale and purchase of green hydrogen and its derivatives, tolling agreements, drafting of Power-to-X commercial agreements and offtake agreements for green certificates.
Karina was admitted to the Danish bar in 2019 and joined Accura in 2022.
Linn Dyrgaard Stinus

Linn is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in major criminal cases. She specialises in market abuse and antitrust violations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the complexities involved. Well-versed in Danish criminal procedural law, Linn adeptly advises clients on all aspects of criminal law, handling and defending high-profile and high-value matters. Her expertise includes guiding clients through intricate investigations and litigation, providing comprehensive and strategic legal support.
Linn joined Accura in 2020 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2021.
Maria Thornbye

Maria works with domestic and international business transactions, focusing particularly on private equity investments. She provides advice on all stages of a business transfer, including structuring, process management, due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and general corporate matters.

Mathias Møller Jensen

Mathias provides advice on all stages of a business transfer, including structuring and process management, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, W&I insurance and corporate and commercial matters.
Mathias joined Accura in 2018 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2022.
Morten Schmidt

Morten’s work includes the drafting and negotiation of complex agreements and claims management within the renewable energy industry, including on- and offshore projects.
Morten was admitted to the Danish bar in 2010 and joined Accura in 2023.
Amalie Secher V. Geertsen

Amalie primarily works with financial analysis in the area of competition law in connection with cases concerning abuse of a dominant position and within merger control etc.
Moreover, Amalie assists on cases involving the calculation and documentation of claims for damages or statements of loss as well as on large procurement cases using complex evaluation models.
Amalie obtained her MSc in Economics in 2011 and joined Accura in 2021.
Camilla Rasmussen

Having previously worked as a contract manager, Camilla is well versed in all aspects of project execution as well as drafting and negotiating the contractual basis. Camilla has been involved in several major offshore wind projects, being in charge of drafting and negotiating the supply and installation of export and inter-array cable contracts and the supply and installation of foundation contracts. Further, Camilla has negotiated a multitude of infrastructure agreements relating to Power-to-X and new technologies.
Camilla joined Accura in 2022.
Cecilie Delcomyn Dohn

Christian Holmark Skovbo Toft

Christian primarily focuses on real estate and company transactions (residential and commercial), development projects, hotels and general commercial and contract law. Moreover, he has extensive experience of negotiating and drafting business lease agreements and litigation concerning business premises.
Christian advises Danish and international clients, including private investors and real estate developers. In recent years, he has assisted both buyers and sellers in some of the largest and most complex transactions and development projects on the Danish market, including both portfolio sales and divestments of entire platforms.
Christian was admitted to the Danish bar in 2019 and joined Accura in 2020.
Evelyn Peter

Evelyn is a senior corporate attorney focusing on M&A transactions and investments in the renewable energy industry. She has experience working on cross-border deals involving renewable energy projects in the pre-to-early development stage, including Power-to-X-related projects, and the sale and purchase of established assets.
Evelyn advises clients on all stages of the M&A process, including due diligence, the negotiation of core transaction documents, project management and completion of transactions.
Evelyn joined Accura in 2022.
Joakim Holck-Andersen Hjortdal

Joakim specialises in advising on the development and financing of complex large-scale energy and infrastructure projects involving different types of technologies across the globe.
Joakim has several years’ experience in negotiating and drafting various supply contracts for energy and infrastructure projects as well as commercial framework agreements and other strategic agreements.
Joakim is particularly known for his commercial approach and abilities when providing advice and solutions on the different projects.
Joakim was admitted to the Danish bar in 2020 and joined Accura in 2022.
Matilde Juul

Matilde specialises in renewable energy, in particular in connection with offshore wind projects.
She has extensive experience of negotiating and drafting complex contracts for offshore wind projects in Denmark and abroad, e.g. for the purpose of purchasing and servicing wind turbines. Moreover, she is engaged in other renewable energy projects, including projects relating to onshore wind, geothermal energy, solar energy and biogas as well as other major construction and infrastructure projects.
Matilde was admitted to the Danish bar in 2007 and joined Accura in 2023.
Rikke Sonne

Rikke advises domestic and multinational companies on all aspects of foreign direct investments (FDI), EU public procurement law and the Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR). Before joining Accura, Rikke was head of legal in a listed company for many years and, therefore, has extensive experience of handling commercial contracts and providing general legal advice.
Rikke is acknowledged and respected for her operational and commercial approach to complicated processes within her field.
Rikke was admitted to the Danish bar in 2009 and joined Accura in 2021.
Zohra Kolai Rehling

Zohra has worked as in-house legal counsel for both developers and suppliers and has been involved in the sourcing and execution of large supply and installation agreements for various offshore wind farms globally and of risk management documentation. Zohra is highly specialised in providing advice on and drafting and negotiating large infrastructure agreements in a global context.
Zohra obtained her master’s degree in law in 2014 and joined Accura in 2022.
Christopher Erik Oldenburg

Christopher provides advice on direct and indirect tax law. He focuses primarily on the tax and VAT treatment of real estate transactions and has advised a wide range of Danish and international clients on matters concerning direct and indirect taxation, including VAT and energy taxes. Christopher also has vast experience of disputes concerning direct and indirect taxes.
Christopher was admitted to the Danish bar in 2013 and joined Accura in 2020.
Kenny Michael Andersen

Kenny advises Danish and international business enterprises, financial businesses and private equity funds on business transfers and mergers.
Moreover, he has experience working with banking and finance law, e.g. in relation to financing of business transfers, real estate and project financing and alternative investments.
Kenny joined Accura in 2014 and became legal advisor the same year.
Mikkel Hanskov

Mikkel is specialist coordinator of Accura’s Corporate & Commercial Team and provides specialised advisory services to domestic and international clients on complex company law matters.
He also provides advice on matters concerning boards of directors and executive boards, environment, social and governance (ESG) matters and capital market law matters. Furthermore, he has extensive experience of legal proceedings.
Mikkel has advised on several large cases, and his clients appreciate him for his pragmatic approach and ability to unite strong legal knowledge with commercial solutions.
Mikkel was admitted to the Danish bar in 2016 and joined Accura in 2017.
