12 new appointments in Accura

We have appointed one new partner, four new associate partners and seven new directors as at 1 July 2026.
Accura congratulates them all on the appointment!
 
New partner Tobias Vinnes-Weibel
Tobias Vinnes-Weibel specialises in dispute resolution in connection with major construction and infrastructure projects and has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration. He primarily advises property developers, pension funds, insurance companies and international contractors in complex, technically demanding matters involving significant financial values. Tobias has extensive experience with major court and arbitral proceedings  and expert reports.
Tobias joined Accura in 2021.
 
New associate partner Amalie Lucca Gaarn Hass
Amalie focuses primarily on company law and M&A and has assisted private equity funds with the sale and acquisition of portfolio companies. In addition, she provides advice on capital market law, including processes concerning issue of shares and verification processes and private placement.
Amalie joined Accura in 2018.
 
New associate partner Ann-Sofie Trampe Jarløv
Ann-Sofie focuses primarily on capital market law, including processes concerning issue of shares and verification processes and private placement. She advises listed companies and domestic and foreign investors and financial institutions on capital market matters and capital market transactions. Moreover, she focuses on M&A and company law in connection with sales and purchase processes.
Ann-Sofie joined Accura (the first time) in 2017
 
New associate partner Daniel Fisker Tomczyk
Daniel advises domestic and international businesses and private equity funds in connection with M&A transactions, including in relation to strategic considerations, structuring of transactions, due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. Moreover, Daniel advises growth companies in connection with investment rounds, and he advises investors on their investments in Danish growth companies.
Daniel joined Accura in 2018.
 
New associate partner Gro Rosenmai-Sarka
Gro advises domestic and international clients on company and commercial law matters. Gro has extensive company law experience, including experience of the formation of companies, reorganisation of groups and other corporate transactions
Gro joined Accura in 2022.
 
New director Amalie Cruz Geiger
Amalie advises domestic and international businesses on all aspects of competition law from general competition law compliance to transaction-related matters, including merger control, of which she has experience from her previous employment at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority where she was involved in some of the largest mergers in Denmark.
Amalie joined Accura in 2023.

New director Amanda Larsen
Amanda works with legal and commercial issues in connection with renewable energy projects, including in particularly in relation to M&A, investments and regulatory matters in the early development stage. Moreover, she has worked on domestic and global projects within solar energy, biogas and Power-to-X. Amanda has experience of sale and purchase of renewable energy and has drafted and negotiated several offtake and intake agreements, including PPAs and feedstock agreements.
Amanda joined Accura in 2023.

New director Andreas Aagaard Krarup
Andreas has extensive knowledge of investments in renewable energy from his work on various projects across most continents, where he has been involved in all contractual matters relating to renewable energy investments, ranging from traditional technologies such as solar, wind and biogas to Power-to-X projects, including e-methanol, green ammonia and green hydrogen. Andreas’s assistance covers all stages of renewable energy projects, from the early development/pre-development stage (e.g. by establishment of joint ventures) through later divestment/acquisition of operational assets.
Andreas joined Accura in 2022.
 
New director Fahad Anjum
Fahad has extensive experience in all aspects of public procurement law, including experience with public procurement under the Defence and Security Procurement Directive, the Utilities Directive, the Concessions Directive and the Danish Public Procurement Act. Moreover, Fahad has advised contracting authorities on several of the country’s most complex infrastructure projects and has experience with proceedings before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

New director Joachim Ziehm Mortensen
Joachim advises companies, focusing on company law, commercial contracts and business transfers. He advises on the set-up of corporate structure, reorganisation of groups and drafting of shareholders’ agreement, etc.

New director Louise Vesterholm Møller
Louise advises domestic and international businesses and private equity funds within M&A, corporate governance, W&I insurance and company law matters.

New director Mads Agger
Mads advises domestic and international businesses on various company and commercial law matters, including commercial contracts, set-up of corporate structure and drafting of shareholders’ agreements. Moreover, Mads is engaged in court and arbitral proceedings.
